Pain, Crisis & Attack

Something's coming

Deal with the massive release of pent-up forces. Stabilise in just the presence of absolutely everything. Refocus on stillness while everything crescendoes and rearranges. Expect nature to speak loudly and be on higher alert. Carry on while knowing that something is going to happen.

A serious reminder 2

Get your priorities right. Focus firmly back on nature, watching carefully and listening within and without. Understand the dynamic between Earth changes, natural transformations of fire and water, the incidents brought about by human arrogance and the catastrophes instigated by malevolent factions.

The source has no worries

Be powerful! Whatever pain, difficulty or crisis you are enduring, just relax. Let the stillness of the source of your own being take over. Add in a specific focus, let go, and surrender deeply to peace, beauty, truth, divinity ... its right time and place for action.

Verbal abuse

Refuse to accept verbal abuse. Disentangle yourself from people who shout, their threats, blackmail, and blaming. Stand strong in the face of the powerlessness, codependency, dishonesty, fear, jealousy and rage of another. Remove your presence, apply sanctions and draw the boundary, clean and simply, around abusive behaviour.

Facing down the darkness

Deal with what abuses. Turn over the 3 main lifestreams of the planet to their ultimate authority. Remain in simplicity, untouched by all attempts to deny your presence, value and importance, also coerce and ruthlessly manipulate you. Continue to act in alignment regardless of the non-alignment of others.

Stop wanting it to stop

Give nothing of yourself to hook on to. Release the cult-like mentality which insists it "is" a certain way or there's simply no good in this world. Stop putting yourself at the disposal of forces which keep on consuming you. Examine how the worst things in this reality always stop naturally of their own accord. Realise that especially self-destruction ends, because in the end there's nothing left to carry on.

Phase 9 dissolution

Bow to what nature decides and see it as the solution. Let go more deeply into the fullness of yourself. Say goodbye to more traumatic aspects of your past. Rest and sleep more deeply, knowing you are held. Re-engage with life from a cleaner place of more completion, efficiency, determination and ease - more equipped to deal with the challenges ahead.

Dealing with discomfort

Thoroughly deal with discomfort. Master the art of handling and honouring difficult feelings, opening deeper in yourself to the purity which will resolve them. Find the place in yourself where you can be still, name what's going on, and regain healthy control. Take any necessary action from a clean, neutral place of neither accepting nor rejecting.
